Data and purposes
Forms store contact details, dates, service and message so we can answer and track the request. My Marseille uses the booking email and stay details to provide the private guide. Feedback supports quality improvement.
Cookies and external services
This version sets no advertising or audience-tracking cookie. A functional cookie remembers the language and a secure cookie protects private stay access. The map loads tiles from the configured provider, which receives technical data required to deliver them. If analytics or social media is added, consent must be configured before activation.
Retention, recipients and rights
Exact retention periods and legal bases must be approved before launch. Access is limited to the team and providers needed to fulfil the request. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection through the contact above, and contact the CNIL where applicable.
